Jagjit Singh

It is hard to believe that Jagjit Singh Ji is no more with us. I met him three times in the last ten years, the last one was in the year 2005 when Sanjay Kaul and I met him in a five star hotel in Delhi(The Lalit). We three had a great time there. Six years have passed but that meeting with the Mastereo is still fresh in my memories. Sir we will miss you badly. Aah ko chaheiye ek umar asar hone tak, Kaun jeeta hai teri zulf ke sar hone tak. RIP Jagjit Singh Ji.
